SHIPPING: RATES & AVAILABILITY A standard cost per order will be charged to cover shipping and handling expenses to all customers. An additional shipping charge will be quoted to all International customers outside of the U.S. and Canada upon email verification of their purchase. For Canadian orders, the shipping and handling fee is $20. IN THE U.S. INTERNATIONAL For international orders, please contact sales@carinablack.com for applicable shipping and handling charges. RETURN POLICY Returns and exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN or DAMAGED, are in original condition and are accompanied by the receipt. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all products once they are received. If you are not satisfied or the items arrive damaged, please follow the return procedures below. Contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number; this can be done by calling Customer Service at (800) 258-0305 x702 OR sending an email to: info@carinablack.com In your email, please include: 1. Your full name, address, contact details (Please also include 1 and 2 on your return package) You will be emailed a Return Authorization (RA) number and form, which must be included with the return package. *Return Authorizations may not be accepted after 14 days of receipt. Items must be shipped in original packaging and be insured for the full value of the item. Package should be shipped with duties/taxes/freight 'pre-paid'. COD shipments will not be accepted. Package must be traceable and must require a signature upon delivery (e.g. FedEx, UPS, registered mail). CARINA BLACK INC. We cannot refund original shipping and handling charges, so additional shipping charges will apply in the event of an exchange. We cannot accept returns for items purchased at other locations other than this website, for example, those purchased at a retail store or at an online retailer. If a return is requested after 30 days of purchase, a credit will be issued for the value of the item, minus the shipping and handling charges. There is no refund or exchange on sale items. Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from carinablack.com. PRODUCT CARE Leather and hardware used in the design of CARINA BLACK handbags and accessories is carefully selected for its texture, color and beauty. Slight variations in color and texture are characteristics of natural leather. Special care is recommended to extend the life of your handbag and we suggest that your bag be treated with weatherproof protectant by a leather care professional upon receipt and again every six months.
